Description

The Track Cleaning and Vacuum Vehicle (TCV) is a specialized, self-propelled vehicle designed for efficient tunnel and track cleaning operations. It is equipped with a high-pressure oscillating spray system capable of automatically washing tunnel ceilings, walls, tracks, and track beds. For areas requiring manual intervention, the system includes high-pressure water guns to enhance cleaning effectiveness.

In addition to washing capabilities, the TCV is fitted with a dust vacuum system, featuring a flexible and adjustable hose that provides maximum coverage for fine dust and debris collection. The vehicle also incorporates a sewage reclaiming system with a pneumatic diaphragm pump, allowing efficient water recycling and waste management during operations.

Designed for bi-directional travel, the vehicle maximizes operational flexibility and efficiency. A scissor-lifting platform – powered by an electro-hydraulic system – is installed to facilitate remote-controlled or self-controlled positioning, enabling maintenance teams to access and inspect overhead railway components, signaling systems, and electrical power supply infrastructure.
