Underfloor Lifting System (ULS)

Underfloor Lifting System (ULS)

For full trainset lifting without uncoupling or major disassembly, the Underfloor Lifting System (ULS) provides a safe and efficient solution within depot maintenance facilities. Installed beneath the track, the ULS synchronously lifts entire train formations or selected vehicle sections for bogie exchange, underframe inspections, and heavy maintenance tasks. Designed for high lifting capacities, precision control, and structural safety, the system minimizes handling time, enhances depot workflow, and supports comprehensive servicing of multiple rail vehicle types.

Description

The Underfloor Lifting System (ULS) is an advanced lifting solution designed for the automatic elevation of an entire train set in the depot. It facilitates the removal and maintenance of train undercarriage sub-assemblies, including bogies and car body components. The system consists of synchronized lifting units that are fully retractable into the floor when not in use, ensuring an unobstructed working space. The ULS is programmed for automatic synchronization to guarantee precise, safe, and reliable operation during maintenance procedures.
