The Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) is designed to accommodate and automatic storage and retrieval of bulk & different sizes of components used for maintenance. The application of ASRS is vary widely from simple storage and retrieval system for small parts to centre systems where production, assembly and manufacturing operation are concentrically located.

The ASRS are comprises of the following
- Stacker Crane for lifting, stacking and retrieving the tray loads weighing up to 50kg max.
- Storage racking system is assembled to ASRS for storing and loading capacity of 50 kg
- Loading / Unloading Conveyors for the handling and accumulation of loads.
- Aisle Equipment consists of electric as well as mechanical aisle equipment
- Control & Hardware for controlling the speed of stacker crane to ensure smooth acceleration and
stop.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) for generating reports about the data of operation.
