CUSTOMIZED RAILWAY MAINTENANCE VEHICLES

The Rail Loader Wagon (RLW) is also a customized non-self-propelled vehicles which consist of three flat wagons coupled together to cater to handle the different rails length from standard 18m to maximum 40m. The main components which make up each Rail Loader Wagons include : standard flat wagons c/w brake systems + end-couplers, a diesel gensets c/w Exhaust filters + fume treatment system, customized Rails Loader lifting cranes, LED Field Lightings, Distribution Boards, integrated PLC/ HMI based Main Control Panel - with all Safety monitoring and interlocks system. This RLW vehicle is to help provide rails handling services along the graded tracks, in the tunnels as well as in other service areas such as in the Depot, etc.
