BEARING WASH PLANT
The Bearing Wash Plant is a compact, aqueous based 2-stages cleaning machine which has been specially designed and manufactured for the purpose of cleaning Small Automotive, rolling stock components especially bearing components and other associated accessories/components automatically by use of advanced technology. The cleaning method consists of 2-stages: detergent wash and hot water cleaning. Cleaning is by means of a combination of washing pressure, flow rate, temperature, detergent used and the positioning of the bearings with respect to the spray nozzles. The used wash solution are automatically filtered and recycled within the machine itself. With some simple adaptation and modifications, this same machine can also be used to clean wide varieties of components and accessories related to the maintenance of traction system
