COMPONENT CLEANING MACHINES

The Heavy-Duty LD Series Cleaner is a range of standard cleaners used for automatic cleaning of larger parts using jet spray cleaning technology. The machine comes in either Single or Multi-stage and is fabricated in stainless steel materials to ensure long life usage. It is modular in design and offers optional attachments which can make the Cleaner a true workhorse for automatic and effective cleaning of medium to large wash parts. The cleaning medium is automatically heated, filtered, recycled, and typically aqueous-based. The Cleaners come in several standard sizes but can also be customized to suit specific cleaning needs.

The integrated spray jet cleaning technology covers almost all angles of the wash parts and are self-propelled by the forces of the jets itself – with the aid of a special rotary water distributor system. The wash solutions are automatically diverted to separate reservoir tanks or it can also be added into the main cleaning tank reservoir. It uses 100% aqueous-based cleaning with automatic filtering and 100% recycling making it sustainable and environmentally-friendly. All parts of the equipment which are in direct contact with the cleaning solution are fabricated with corrosion resistance stainless steel materials. It is fully insulated from both heat and sound during operation and has many electro-mechanical safety interlocks to ensure a safe and reliable operation.
